All sales are final. Please note, the Website reserves the right to refuse all returns. In case you receive a wrong product different from what you have ordered for, you can exchange the wrong product for the right product you have ordered for. We will only accept replacements for products provided the request for return of the product is sent to us within 7 days of receipt of the package.
Customer has to contact the Website via email at info@frimline.com. Within 48 hrs of receipt of the goods at their shipping address. Customer must inform us the order number, order details, the damaged product you are wanting to return and the reason for return along with supporting pictures and packing slip. All replacement/refund requests sent to us are checked by our replacements/return Department. If we find any information defies the terms and conditions of using the website, we at our sole discretion could cancel such order.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation before shipment: If the order or the item(s) that you want to cancel have not been shipped yet, you can write to our customer support team on info@frimline.com. In such cases, the order will be cancelled, and the money will be refunded to you within 3 to 5 business days after the cancellation request is duly processed by us.
REFUND POLICY
In case of cancellation before shipment, we will process the refund within 3 to 5 business days after receiving the cancellation request.
In case of cancellation once the shipment has already been dispatched or if it is being returned, we process the refund once the products have been received and verified at our warehouse.
For payments done through credit/debit cards or net banking, the refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made within 24-48 business hours of us receiving the products back. It may take 2-3 additional business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

REPLACEMENT POLICY

Refund of return product will not be processed if the product/(s) is:
- Missing or Damaged (caused while in your possession).
- Damaged due to misuse/overuse.
- Returned without original packaging including, price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and other accessories or if original packaging is damaged.
- Serial Number is tampered with.
- Product is used or altered.
- If request is initiated after 7 days of order delivery.
